Dr. Brown:

The Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) Diversity Council and I would like to thank you for your stimulating and enlightening presentation during Black History Month. Your lecture entitled, "African American HealthIssues – Challenges and Concerns", provided pertinent information concerning the urgency of being knowledgeable regarding our health and the various disease processes.

Your lecture stressed why it is not only important for African Americans, but for all Americans to be informed and proactive about their health. I would like to thank you again for your dedication to health education and contributing in the success of GBMC’s Black History Month Celebration.
