A Few of My Favorite Vitamins and Supplements
I know it’s very difficult choosing the right vitamin or supplement brand to take out of the hundreds of different options. Due to the poor soil that our food is grown in and the many toxins that exist in our environment, I do recommend taking a multivitamin daily and other supplements if you need to. Whatever brand you choose, make sure that the ingredients are real (organic and plant-based) not synthetic.
Below is a list of my favorite brand of vitamins and supplements. Nutrilite owns a produce farm so that they can control how the fruits and vegetables that they use in their products are grown. The fruits and vegetables are grown naturally and pesticide free. They also pay their neighboring farms to not use pesticides or any other artificial ingredients on their plants so that there is no run off to the Nutrilite farm. So far from my research, this company is committed to quality and freshness.
